Rocco was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. He was courteous, attentive, and took the time to explain every detail of the house, including potential slight defects. He went above and beyond, even accommodating late hours, to help us find the perfect home. His service was excellent from start to finish, and he followed up after the purchase to ensure the move, final steps and solar connections were set up smoothly. I cannot express the gratitude I have for Rocco.  He not only found a house, but the right house.  We were in a rush to find a home and we were thinking a quick cash buy of a modular. (My single family home sold faster than expected) Rocco asked many questions and got us thinking that a rush purchase may not be the ideal purchase in the long run.  He got us in touch with a fantastic lender to increase our scores.  After a short while, we were ready again- this time, still in a rush but moved towards townhome.  After seeing a few, Rocco could tell that our lifestyle, wishes and most importantly, our puppies, would not be happy with the limited space.  He showed us a few single family homes and the last one was perfect. Rocco took the time, listened, and in the end got us a home we are thrilled about.  Many realtors go for the fast dollar- but Rocco wants his clients in the right home.  He understands it's a huge purchase and doesn't rush you. Rocco was amazing. He was helpful when it came to looking at houses that were fixer uppers by educating us on how much things would cost. He was knowledgeable on areas we never lived in and helped us find the perfect home in our budget. Fast communication and has a wonderful team of lenders that helped us out. I can't say enough how kind, smart, and hard-working Rocco and the team are.  My wife's still in school and I'm a teacher so even with some inheritance we were expecting to only be able to afford a real fixer-upper.  Rocco found houses we'd written off as too expensive and negotiated them down to our budget.  We went from looking at dumps to a move-in ready house with a giant back yard for our dog and room to grow.  He explained everything along the way and even showed us houses on his anniversary.  His background as a contractor and flipper makes him a wealth of knowledge that I learned a lot from.  He's honest and direct with a lot of integrity. Rocco has been most actively supportive and trustworthy realtor I have met. Thanks to Rocco I was able to look at the places I wanted to without someone telling me I couldn’t, or pushing me to buy a home that wasn’t right for me. Every step of the way I asked questions and he provided answers in a timely fashion truly caring about my home search, without judging my goals or circumstances. I wanted to find the least expensive home in my desired area but with the market so competitive and my limited income and ability to qualify for a mortgage I didn’t think my dream of buying a home would be possible. With help from my family member, my savings, and advice from Rocco, I was able to find a place to live instead of being forced to rent. I was giving up hope when Rocco made an offer on a condo that checked nearly ????% of my boxes, the buyer counter-offered, and due to our luck of the draw we got under contract before fall hit.
